| Abstract: | Some defects exist in the external environment of China's modern enterprise system: Social security system is wrongly disposed; It is hard for the financial investment system to fit; The reform of governmental institution and the construction of laws and regulations develop sluggishly. To establish the modern enterprise system the important task is to construct the external environment such as the reform of financial and taxation system, financial system, investment system, foreign investment system, and the reform of institution, and the formation of the new macro adjustment and control mechanism, the formation and development of socialist uniform market, and the construction of laws. |
