| Abstract: | Property right deals will become the main theme of China's economic reform for a certain period of time. Besides enterprises with good benefits, enterprises of other six kinds can also enter property right markets: the duplicated enterprises, enterprises without scale benefits those with idle assets, those moved out for the sake of environmental protection, those mortgaged and auctioned, those who can't pay debts with their assets. This is a natural outcome of the establishment and improvement of China's socialist market economy. |
