| Abstract: | To keep the growth of absorbing foreign fund and gradually achieve better economic results, we have to analyses the present conditions carefully and further implement necessary policies. The key of achieve better result of absorbing foreign funds is to guide foreign fund to rational sectors. The reorganization of enterprise with the aid of foreign fund is the strategic objective in the present time and a period of in the future and should be supervised and guided correctly. |
