| Abstract: | With the reform of housing system deepening, the problem of housing property right is being raised from different levels In the reform of China's urban housing system, there occur three forms of reforming: namely, the sales of public owned houses; the construction of new houses funded from multi-channels and the upgrading of public-owned house rent. No mater in the case of selling public owned houses or the constructing of new commodity houses the nature of the deal and the rights of sellers and buyers have to be undoubtedly defined first. It is also true in the case of construction new houses with different resources. |
