| Abstract: | The co-paper contains a short presentation of the characteristics of the arbitration procedure and its differences from the proceedings before the courts.The procedure before the permanent arbitration at the Chamber of Economy of Slovenia and the organization of this arbitration is described.Regarding the statement, that arbitration in practice in Slovenia has not been an enforced way of settling disputes of business relations the article points out the advantages of this process of solving disputes by arbitration and so one of the possibilities of protection of creditors's interests. |
