| Abstract: | The purpose of this essay is to extend the post-positivist movement within the discipline of management by critically examining the contributions of post-modern management discourse. In this respect, a critical re-examination of postmodern capitalism, business ethics, organization theory and corporate culture aims at the issues as well as the problems involved with this discourse.
