| Abstract: | This paper presents tables of country indicators. The following countries are considered: Slovenia, Czech R , Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Poland, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria. Negative growth is shown, as well as the ebbs and flows, exchange rates. The paper presents statistics material. It is seen that the output of most former Soviet republics is still shrinking at an alarming rate. Only Armenia managed to increase its GDP last year. The first quarter of 1996 brought mixed fortunes to the region in its quest for foreign investment. |
