| Abstract: | The foreign-funded enterprises in the experimental areas can settle and sell foreign exchange at the designated banks dealing with foreign exchange business. They can also continue to buy or sell foreign exchange at foreign exchange coordination center or open basic account and special account of foreign exchange according to the actual conditions. There are some break-through in the policy measures. Under the current account, foreign- funded enterprises can have the same treatment as the domestic ones have in purchasing foreign exchange. The channels for foreign-funded enterprises to buy and sell foreign exchange have changed. The foreign banks' business scope has expanded for they can become the designated banks dealing with foreign exchange business. |
