| Abstract: | America's new regulations on the original production places raise the demand for the redefinition of the standards of the original textile and clothing-producing places. They increase difficulties for China to conduct the business of exporting textile products, especially processed clothing. They imply more restrictions to China's export of textiles and clothing to America. So China should know the substance of the new regulations and rules for implementation, and incorporate the management of the original production places into the orbit of international legal system. |
