| Abstract: | Shifting China's foreign trade's growth mode from quantity- oriented as the main mode to quality and efficiency-oriented as the main one is the basic condition guaranteeing the support of foreign trade to China's economic development and its promoting role played continuously. The connotation of the shift should be "to unify gradually the macro and micro economic returns of foreign trade." At present, the barriers are as follows: the imperfect foreign trade system and operational mechanism of foreign trade enterprises, the contradiction between the total amount of export and the optimization of export structure and the low level of technology for production and poor management. |
