| Abstract: | The shift of economic system from planned economy to market economy is the historical necessity and also the wise objective choice for strengthening the development of China's economy. We should know that the problems and difficulties arising from China's economic lives which we are facing are unavoidable in the course of the transformation of system and we must pay a price for solving and overcoming them, Our task is to push forward every reform , starting from our actual conditions and thus shorten the period of dual economic systems in a bid to establish the socialist market economic system as soon as possible. |
