| Abstract: | Using the Static Trade Theory the above paper predicts changes in the political and economical business environment in consequence of the increasing regionalization of the world economy. In the view of corporate businesses it creates a setback in country and transaction risks and a market expansion and therefore incites strategic reactions. A dynamization of the New Trade Theory proves the coercion of innovative management. |
