Abstract: | In 1979, European Economic Community was the first to sound the alarm of anti-dumping and then America and Japan also joined the rank of anti-dumping. As of now, China has been encircled ring upon ring by over 30 countries' and regions' anti-dumping. The filed law suits concerning anti-dumping involve several hundreds of Chinese export products of over 4000 varieties. As a result, China has suffered a loss of about US$ 10 billion every year. Among the products belonging to foreign countries' anti-dumping to China, more than 90% of them are China's staple traditional and "fist" products, such as textiles mechanical and electrical equipment, colour TV sets and bicycles. China has suffered heavy losses for it. |
