| Abstract: | Although the countries in Asia and the Pacific Region take different models of financial development, the essence of changes in finance is same, that is, loosing control and realising financial liberalisation and internationalisation. The chances in finance and financial development draw and promote economic growth and structural optimisation, which indicates that China will have such a train of thought that finance will go ahead of the rest in the transit to market economy. In fact, the financial reform must do in this way in China. To transform financial system, we must eliminate financial restraint, enhance financial vitality, go international and strengthen financial supervision and management while loosing control and enhancing financial competitiveness in order to ensure the safety and good cycle of financial system. |
