Abstract: | Not many Hollywood blockbusters have been made about modern corporate reporting. But while those who have seen the Disclosure may have been distracted by an unlikely sub-plot concerning sexual harassment, accountants viewing the film would have been fascinated by its view of the future of corporate information. The purpose of a corporate report is to Äprovide information that helps investors, potential investors, creditors, tax authorities and many other groups, including employees, to make a range of decisions. |
