| Abstract: | To perfect and improve China's securities broker system, the following are needed: 1.to combine the agent broker system with the system of broker entrusted with full responsibilities; 2. to combine the internally selected broker system with the externally invited broker system; 3. to establish a suitable commission system of securities brokers. For the third one, two things should be considered. One is the basis for commission. The other is the standard of commission. |
