| Abstract: | This paper expresses its views on the overall development of international economic cooperation and the key points in work. It thinks that the development model combining regional economic cooperation with sub-regional economic cooperation should be taken. During the period from now on to the year 2020, China should actively participate in the regional economic cooperation in Asia and the Pacific Region while expanding the trade and economic cooperation with the countries all over the world. In addition, she should actively organize and participate in the establishment of the sub-regional "economic cooperation areas", among which "Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Economic Cooperation Area" and "Northeast Asian Economic Cooperation Area" should be taken as the key points. |
