| Abstract: | At present, the reform of state-owned enterprises has entered the substantial stage of property right reorganization and replacement. Although the reform of state-owned enterprises has produced a desired effect, there appear some tendentious problems in the reform, such as putting more stress on the form of reform, the government's intervention and the course of reform than on the contents of reform, enterprises' option and improvement after reform. So we should study and solve them seriously. |
