| Abstract: | In China, the stock economic development has gone through three stages: spontaneous stage when trying to survive in a narrow space; testing stage when being brought into legal track; and the fast growing stage when the "Company Law" being released and enforced. Once the objective of market economy system fixed, the stock enterprise having the following advantages-the socialization of production, capital, risk and operation, which have provided both internal and external conditions for great and fast growth of stock economy. |
