| Abstract: | This study examines what hapens in a firm in which both outsourcing and temping intersect. As outsourcing and temping continue to grow, situations in which temporary labor is used to produce goods or services for a third company will be increasingly common. The intersection of temporary labor with subcontracted work parties presents strategic and operational dilemmas somewhat unique. |
