| Abstract: | Firstly, SOEs should select the ways suitable to their characteristics to leave competitive fields. Secondly, SOEs should multiple the enterprises' equity structure. Thirdly, the contradictions among the beneficial bodies of national equity should be solved by reform. (1)Formulate effective mechanism that the owners of national equity restrict the representative of the owners. (2)The owners of national equity should turn to be fewer and centralized, and its function of administration should also be reduced. (3) Functions of the representative of the owners are choosing managers and making important decisions. |
