| Abstract: | A growing number of companies are initiating policies of knowledge management with the aim of becoming learning organisations. The Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Group has made a collective undertaking to become such a learning organisation. One of the initiatives launched within this framework is a corporate university. Jacques Collin and Bertrand Moingeon describe in this article what is the role of a corporate university in the net economy and illustrate how the Cap Gemini Ernst & Young University actually operates. |
