| Abstract: | This article argues that there is a profound shift in the government policies toward business and a new policy agenda for promoting entrepreneurial activity is being designed. Whereas traditional public policies primarily aimed to constrain big business, new agendas focus on promoting entrepreneurship as an engine of economic development. |
