| Abstract: | Corporate scandals reveal the need for transformation of management education so as to promote and profess moral leadership. The 2003 AACSB (an abbreviation for the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation standards do highlight business ethics (here as: b-ethics). However, moral, legal and political education are undermined. This paper states a case for an independent foundation course, required universally at graduate and undergraduate levels of business or management education, addressing businesses in societies, legal environment of business and b-ethics. |
