| Abstract: | The amount of employees working from home is increasing, which means that home is becoming a place where the discourse of industrial production meets with the discourse of household production. This article explores the relationship between these two discourses, which increasingly come to bear on each other. Home-workers' and their families' experiences are reported and contribution is made to the understanding of new emerging organizational forms. |
