| Abstract: | This debate article is based on Waldenström's article "Is Swedish research in economic history internationally integrated?" and criticisms against it. It focuses on international publications of Swedish economic historians and recognises that in Sweden there is great potential in combining open-minded methodological attitude with interest and participation in the research that appears in the many international peer-reviewd journals. |
