Abstract:This paper discusses managerial aspects of the relationship with stakeholders, in a case when transfer of knowlege is being made from relationship marketing and market orientation perspectives. The study uses a sample of Spanish companies representing 34% of listed companies with the listed market capitalization. The key findings of this study are that most of the particpant companies have a reactive position vis-รก-vis stakeholders management systems.
