Abstract:This paper offers an in depth analysis of the relationship between organizational performance, identity and aestheticization. A sample of images taken from recruitment documents were used to illustrate the cultural configurations and to highlight the particular ways of doing and undoing gender. The power of symbolism and aesthetics is one of the factors that aim to achieve organizational performance.
