| Abstract: | in the research, a social identity analysis is used to predict employee creativity. The results suggest, as hypothesized, an indirect relationship between team identification and creative performance. Leader inspirational motivation seems to enhance the positive association between identification and creative effort. The authors discuss the value of social identity analyses of employee creativity and of the integration of social identity and transformational leadership analyses. |
