Abstract: | The article investigates the effect of individual- and office-level factors on career perceptions of workers in a globally integrated company. The focus of the study is in determining whether employees perceive their careers to benefit from global integration of their firm by examining factors related to employee human capital and organizational operating environment. A study of employees in multiple different offices and countries was conducted to investigate the relationships between these matters. |
