| Abstract: | The article investigates the factors behind intentional misreporting of status information by project team members. The focus is on how the organizational ethical climate affects reporting. 228 project members were studied to examine the issue. The findings indicate that team members, who perceived that in their company rules were followed strictly, made less misreports. Those whose companies had an atmosphere characterized by personal self-interest, misreported more. |
