| Abstract: | Economic science shows,that easily manageable companies can survive. They use natural resources in an efficient way. To find the optimal structure one has to do a lot; to kill what is complicated and actively use human understanding. To create the optimal structure it is essential to determine the right direction and the sequence of operations. Right organization structure and training of managers and employees are of equal importance. The magic formula is: relativize the belief in methodology,discard the superfluous and really active sound human understanding, in order to stabilize success. |
