| Abstract: | The note updates earlier data on the use civil law remedies in industrial disputes since August 1980. It covers period May 1984-April 1987. The author compiled information from different sources: trade unions, employers and their organizations, press and IRRU research. In sixty five cases the plaintiff was the direct employer of the defendant or their union. For the majority of the employers the main aim was to lift the industrial action with the help of injunction. The outcome was generally favorable to the employers. |
