| Abstract: | The training of prospective construction project managers related to human resource management, including a synthesis of such research work in general and in the construction industry in particular. The study also covers the development and teaching of specialized courses in civil engineering faculties, the environmental conditions and technology and a syllabus is outlined and discussed. Three Tables cover context factors, an outline of courses, and their main features. A figure reviews site management influence on a crew. |
