| Abstract: | In practice, the introduction and application of modern information technology gives rise to a wide range of economic, organizational and personnel problems. The most promising strategy would appear to be one based on the approach and methods associated with organizational development. There are considered some of the controversial views currently aired in connection with information technology, as well as the technical, organizational and personnel situation prevailing at the time of its introduction. A concept is then developed for a strategy based on the approach and methods of organizational development: a strategic framework of guidelines, methods and techniques. |
