| Abstract: | The enterprise as a goal-oriented collectivity of its members is characterized. The attainment of organizational goals is always associated with future-oriented processes. To deal with the complexity of the goals and the entrepreneurial environment Zwicky's morphological method is suggested. Using this method a morphological "box" is made which subdivide the enterprise into its principal elements. The human, the professional and the methodological aspects of the organization are combined with the constitutive components, the internal states and processes. On the basis of this matrix representation 9 theses are developed to show the requirements placed on managers, professionals. |
