| Abstract: | One of the most challenging problems in decision analysis is capturing information that resides in decision makers and experts. This information may be in the form of relations that can be represented by models or in knowledge about uncertain events and variables that can be represented by probability assignments. It is shown how to use the concepts of influence diagrams to construct knowledge maps that capture the diverse information possessed by an individual or a group. |
