| Abstract: | A more complex job analysis judgement linking a job skill to specific tasks or duties hasn't been systematically examined. So a study was conducted to present a methodology for evaluation of SME /subject matter expert/ job analysis judgements, and to show a procedure for refining test specifications and test budgets. |
