| Abstract: | Review of the new printing works for the Financial Times on the Thames-side frontage of London. The architectural solution: a glass and aluminium building and design, using "aerofoil" columns. Staff of around 150, with canteen and swimming pool. Extensive exterior use of glass, creating glazed walls. The author's opinion that it is an "inspired example of Dockland's architecture". |
