| Abstract: | The management of business enterprise always comprises aspects of leadership and organization, i.e. the structure of the system. In the European single market, with the increase in the number of both people and cultures involved, leadership or man-management will become more important and to some extent enterprises have already become "multicultural". For the author, the most important aspects of management and organization in the European single market are innovation management, project management, so-called rigid forms of organization and marketing organisation. |
