Abstract:In their response to the Green Paper the Labour Party says only one national commercial radio station should be set up, and it should follow C4 model. The Labour calls for restrictions on ownership of national stations. They claim, deregulation will lead to limited choice, as larger companies dominate the airwaves. The party criticises the Green Paper for failing to distinguish between community and commercial radios.
