| Abstract: | A part of Irish pirate radio stations start to operate legally. The first independent station will be launched in Dublin transmitting 24-hour service at FM. Also new studios will be built. Besides news many music programmes will be broadcast. The stations should face rivalry of pirates, mainly close to the border. |
