| Abstract: | The paper outlines a method of determining the variability and acceptability of a major capital investment. The present model differs from previous ones in that it does not use simulation, nor does it presume a normal distribution for the cash flow component. Cash flows may be dependent or not. An example illustrates the use of the technique. |
