| Abstract: | Companies have long considered the management of human resources and professional training as being almost synonymous. But in recent years, a concept of "employment forecasting management" has emerged and developed. What does this concept involve? How can two fields seeking the same objective be brought together? And how can the difficulties encountered by specialists collaborating in these two areas be explained? These questions are answered here. It is pointed out that forecasting management of employment and professional skills give the company the ability to predict major changes and to integrate the variables of employment and human resources into its development strategy. |
