| Abstract: | The reduction of the division of labour in the course of the use of modern information and communication technology in the office can generally be seen as an effective concept of rationalization. After having practiced taylorization for decades, the reduction of the division of labour and the complete utilization of qualification potentials provides the basis for exploiting rationalization reserves. In terms of cost theory this economic approach can be seen as an appropriate way for the optimal use of economic resources. Considering the increasing use of technology in the office the reintegration of labour becomes an important issue for office rationalization. |
