| Abstract: | The main idea of the development of Shanghai in 1990s is to make full use of the comprehensive advantages of technology, science, industry and foreign trade, to make developing technology intensive enterprises which produce high added value and internationally merchantable goods as the common objectives of industrial, scientific and technical system, to improve the adjustment of exported product structure, to strive to complete the transform of two strategies which are the transform of labor intensive exported products into technology intensive ones and the transform of the "import substitution" industrial pattern into "export oriented" one. |
