Abstract:Shanghai has been in the rank of international metropolises and has become the center of economy, finance and trade in China. As an international city, Shanghai should ensure that people could move in and out freely. The industry structure should provide extensive opportunities of job and investment. Various expenses and efficiency should be comparable to that of other metropolises. People should be able to get information all over the world by telephone and other communication media. At present, Shanghai has possessed essential conditions to become a finance and trade center.
