| Abstract: | Since the foundation of P.R.China (1949) , the country's funds of accumulation and consumption both increased considerably as the increase of national income, but experienced several times of rise and fall. The author presents some suggestions on properly handling the proportional relations between accumulation and consumption, in the ways of increasing national income, appropriate measure rate of accumulation , utilization result of accumulation and rational determination of the total amount of consumption. |
