| Abstract: | In the wake of the slow recovery of the world economy, the world trade in 1993 will be developing in a very rapid speed with a high increase rate of 6.5%. But the new conditions and problems of the world trade make people worried. Germany is competing of the first nation of export with the USA. The prospects of American foreign trade are not optimistic. The reorganization and grouping will develop further. The system of GATT has been lashed. The author thinks that GATT, which has run for more than 40 years, is not adaptable to the terrain of the world trade and should be reformed. |
