| Abstract: | The restoration of the signatory state to GATT will generate many potential or current factors for decrease of financial revenue and increase of financial expenditure in our state finance. The financial reform must be deepened with following measures: to get a clear understanding of international business and economic situation, to absorb foreign capital, to enlarge trade scope, to tap new financial resources, to heighten the competitiveness of Chinese commodities, to promote the development of tertiary industry, to simplify the administrative structure, to reduce financial expense, to prevent tax loss and etc. |
